MainStay Project Worker
£24,805 to £26,800 pa
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Project Worker to join YMCA Liverpool & Sefton. MainStay is a shared IT system across homeless services in the City Region. It is used to assess, refer and record support and outcomes with service users. The person appointed to this role will join a small hard-working and committed team with key tasks including, compiling and providing reports, providing helpdesk support and delivering training to system users. The post will also involve meeting with services and commissioners to further develop the system.
We are looking for a self starting individual with skills and experience in:
- Providing customer service or support.
- Delivering training or presenting to groups.
- Data management including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
While experience of working with Homeless Services is not essential, this would be really important for the role. This full time role is based in the town centre in Leeds Street
